Description
Pan Borscz and my father, Paul Trach grew up together in the village of Ternopilka in Ukraine. Pan Borscz was engaged to my father’s older sister, but WW2 displaced them both. Many years later, in Cleveland, Ohio, my father and Pan Borscz met again and rekindled their friendship. When my husband and I were married, Pan Borscz gave us this pillow that he embroidered.
