Description
Ulyanna and her family were in Kyiv, Ukraine for a festival in which Ulyanna was performing. After the festival, the shops and restaurants on the Maidan stayed open so the performers could enjoy shopping and get something to eat. Ulyanna saw this blouse in a restaurant and persuaded the owner to sell it to her. It is a lovely example of rich embroidery featuring poppies, berries and grape motifs in red and black thread.
